CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA  -  SEMINOLE COUNTY, FLORIDA 

SITE PERMITS OBTAINED:

 ST. JOHNS RIVER WATER MANAGEMENT DISTRICT (SJRWMD)

 RESOURCE MANAGEMENT PERMIT WHICH INCLUDED STORM WATER AND

 WETLAND PERMITS. 

FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION (FDEP)

 WATER AND WASTE WATER PERMITS.

 CITY OF SANFORD - SITE PERMIT APPROVAL FROM DEVELOPMENT REVIEW BOARD

 WHICH INCLUDED APPROVAL FROM ZONING, PLANNING, FIRE, WATER & SEWER,

 AND PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENTS. 

Engineering design included construction design of the access roadway to the site, provide offsite water and

sanitary sewer connections, design lift station to connect to offsite sewer main, geometry layout of building

 and parking and truck driveway areas, paving and grading, and water managements design.

 Design driveway connection to county maintained roadway. Coordinate with other consultants

for obtaining soils reports, surveying, landscape design and architectural design.

Site observation was required for certification of the SJRWMD and FDEP permits and prepare

 record drawings for the city.
