CIVIL ENGINEERING DESIGN AND PERMITTING


GATLIN PLACE RESIDENTIAL SUBDIVISION, ORANGE COUNTY, ORLANDO, FLORIDA

The Gatlin Place Residentail Subdivision, Orange County, Orlando, Florida civil site engineering was designed and permitted by H & H Engineering. The project consisted of developing a 60 acre tract of wood lands and pasture for use as a residential subdivision. The Civil engineering design consisted of preparing the preliminary plat and the final plat for this site. This included lot and roadway geometry layout, fire main and potable water system design, sanitary sewer system design, paving, grading and the design of the water management system. The civil engineering permits needed were the Florida Dept. of Environmental Protection, (FDEP), Orange County and the St. Johns River Water Management District permit. (SJRWMD)

The Gatlin Place subdivision residential site plans were developed to give the best use of land available and to meet the requirements of Orange County and the the St. Johns River Water Management district.
